2 kilograms Lamb breasts (with bone)
2 garlic cloves
salt
freshly ground peppers
3 Tbsps olive oil
6 Tbsps Tomato juice
1 Tbsp Tomato paste
4 Tbsps honey
Tabasco sauce
2 Tbsps Red wine vinegar
1 Tbsp ground paprika (sharp)
cayenne pepper
1 Tbsp pickled green peppers (from a jar)

Preparation steps

1.

Rinse the lamb breast, pat dry and cut apart after every second rib.

Peel the garlic cloves and finely chop.

3.

Warm the oil in a saucepan with the tomato juice, tomato paste and honey, stirring constantly until the honey is liquid. Mix in Tabasco, the red wine vinegar, paprika and cayenne pepper. Drain the green pepper and mash with a fork. Add with the garlic to the marinade and season with salt.

4.

Season the lamb breast pieces with salt and pepper, and cook slowly 25-30 minutes on the hot grill, turning frequently. During the last 10 minutes always brush with the marinade, until they are nicely browned.
