- 9 ozs Fish (e. g. red snapper)
- 1 ⅔ cups shrimp
- 2 Limes (juice)
- ½ Red onion (peeled, chopped)
- 2 Jalapeño (seeds removed, chopped)
- 4 Tomatoes (seeds removed, chopped)
- 2 handfuls cilantro (chopped)
- 1 Avocado (peeled, finely chopped)
- 4 Tbsps olive oil
- 1 pinch brown sugar
- Corn tortilla (as wished)

Preparation steps
1.
Chop the fish into 1 cm cubes and place in a bowl with the shrimps. Mix in the lime juice and cover. Place in the fridge overnight to marinate.
2.
Mix all the prepared vegetables and the oil with the ceviche. Season with salt, brown sugar, and ground black pepper.
3.
May be served on corn tortillas, if wished.
