Preparation steps

For the lamb burgers, peel and chop the garlic. Knead the ground lamb with garlic, egg, spices (cilantro, curry, paprika, coriander, fenugreek) and the breadcrumbs. Season with salt and pepper.

Rinse the lettuce and shake dry. Rinse the tomato and cut into slices; peel the onion and cut into rings. Heat the clarified butter in a frying pan. From the meat mixture form 4 burgers and cook in hot butter on both sides 4-5 minutes. Cut the burger buns horizontally in half and toast on the cut surfaces. Cook the bacon in a pan until crisp and brown. Place a slice of cheese on each 2 bacon slices and allow to melt slightly.

Spread the bottom half of the bun with mayonnaise, add a burger and top with bacon and cheese, lettuce, tomatoes and onions. Serve with a bun top.
