½ tsp salt

2 Tbsps vegetable oil
4 Hamburger bun (with sesame seeds)
4 Lettuce
1 small red onion
1 medium-sized Tomato
1 pc Cucumber
4 slices Cheddar cheese
8 slices Bacon
4 tsps Ketchup
4 tsps Mayonnaise

Preparation steps

1.

Season the ground beef with tabasco, salt, and pepper. Mix well until combined. Moisten your hands, and form into four flat patties. Heat the oil in a pan, then sear the patties on both sides. Reduce the heat and cook another 2-3 minutes.

Rinse the tomatoes, and cut into slices.

Peel the onion and cut into rings.

Rinse the cucumber and cut into slices.

Briefly fry the bacon on both sides in a pan.

Halve the sesame seed buns. Spread 1 teaspoon of mayonnaise on the bottom buns. Top with lettuce and the burgers. Top the burgers with onions, one slice of cheese, cucumber slices, tomato slices, and 2 slices of bacon each. Spread 1 teaspoon of ketchup on the top halves of the buns, place over the burgers, and serve.
