- 4 slices Whole Wheat Bread (About 120 grams)
- 1 handful Lettuce (such as Lollo rossa and Lollo bionda)
- 4 Kiwi
- 100 grams cream cheese
- 1 tsp bold Mustard (5 grams)
- salt
- peppers
- Chives
- 200 grams Turkey breast cold cuts

Preparation steps
1.
Cut bread slices in half diagonally. Rinse lettuce, spin dry and tear into bite-sized pieces. Peel kiwis and cut into slices. Mix cream cheese with mustard and season with salt and pepper.

Rinse chives and shake dry. Spread 2 slices of bread with cream cheese and top with lettuce, kiwi slices, chives and turkey. Arrange remaining bread slices on top and serve.
