- Thai basil
- 1 scallion (green parts)
- 40 grams cream cheese

Preparation steps
1.
Toast bread slices. Spread one slice with cream cheese, season with pepper and top with turkey.
2.
Top turkey with basil and scallion rings, top with remaining bread slice and cut diaginally. Serve.
