- 4 slices white bread (or toast)
- 8 Lettuce
- 4 small Tomatoes
- 2 Tbsps Remoulade
- freshly ground peppers
- 8 slices turkey breasts
- Grape (for serving)

Preparation steps
1.
Toast the white bread. Trim, rinse and spin-dry the lettuce leaves. Rinse the tomatoes, pat dry and cut crosswise into thin slices.
2.
Brush the slices of bread with remoulade and top each piece with a lettuce leaf. Top with the tomato slices, sprinkle with pepper and place a slice of turkey breast on top. Wrap a small lettuce leaf with a slice of turkey breast and place on each piece of bread. Serve with grapes.
