- 2 small Turkey cutlets (about 100 grams each)
- salt
- freshly ground peppers
- 4 leaves Lettuce
- 1 Tbsp vegetable oil
- 4 slices Whole Wheat Bread
- 2 Tbsps butter
- 2 Tbsps Mustard
- ¼ Cucumber
- 1 Tbsp mixed, chopped Fresh herbs

Preparation steps
1.
Season cutlets with salt and pepper. Rinse lettuce leaves and shake dry.
2.
Heat oil in a pan. Add cutlets and sauté until browned, 2-3 minutes per side. Remove and place on a plate.
3.
Spread bread slices with butter and mustard. Layer 2 slices of bread with lettuce and turkey cutlets.
4.
Peel and slice cucumber. Layer sandwiches with cucumber slices and season with salt and pepper. Sprinkle with herbs, top with remaining slices of bread and press down lightly.
