4 Radish
4 slices Emmentaler cheese
½ bunch Arugula

Preparation steps

1.

Brush slices of toast with a little butter. Rinse radishes and thinly slice. Rinse arugula and spin dry.

2.

Place four slices of toast on a work surface, cover with radish slices and season with salt and pepper. Then cover with cheese, turkey ham and arugula. Place toast slice on top (butter side facing inward). Cut sandwiches diagonally, arrange on a plate and serve.
