2 Tbsps olive oil
1 egg white
3 Tbsps Bread flour
Limes (for garnish)

Preparation steps

1.

Rinse the shrimp and pat dry. Mix the sumac with the oil and toss the shrimp in the oil. Beat the egg white slightly.

Place the shrimp on wooden skewers and dip in the egg white. Coat with the breadcrumbs and cook on a hot grill turning occasionally for 2-3 minutes. Serve as an appetizer with slices of lime.
