- 12 King prawn (heads removed, gutted and peeled up to the tail)
- 12 Skewer
- 2 cloves garlic cloves (crushed)
- 2 Tbsps olive oil
- 1 Tbsp lemon juice
- For the salad
- 2 Tbsps olive oil
- 4 Tbsps white balsamic vinegar
- 4 Tomatoes (halved and finely chopped)
- 1 Cucumber (peeled, cored and finely chopped)
- ⅓ cup parsley
- To garnish
- 1 lemon (cut into 8 wedges)

1 Cutting board, 1 Small knife, 1 Pot mit Deckel, 1 Slotted spoon, 1 Wooden spoon, 1 Measuring cups
Preparation steps
1.
Skewer the prawns lengthways onto the kebab sticks.
2.
Mix the garlic cloves with the oil and lemon juice and brush the prawns with the mixture. Marinate for 30 minutes.
3.
To make the salad dressing, mix the oil, balsamic vinegar, salt and pepper. Mix together the tomatoes, cucumber and parsley and add the dressing. Season and divide into four bowls.
4.
Grill the prawns on all sides for about 2–3 minutes on a hot grill. Serve with the salad and lemon slices.
