¼ cup olive oil
1 Star anise
Limes (juiced from one lime)
1 Tbsp runny honey
1 tsp red Chili flakes
4 cups raw Prawn (shelled and de-veined)
salt

wooden Skewer (soaked in water for 30 minutes)

Preparation steps

1.
Combine the olive oil, star anise, lime juice, honey, red chilli flakes and seasoning in a mixing bowl.
2.
Add the prawns and allow them to marinade for 30 minutes.
3.
After marinading for 30 minutes, heat the grill to hot.
4.
Drain the prawns from the marinade and thread the prawns onto the wooden skewers.
5.
Grill for 4-5 minutes, turning occasionally until pink and cooked. Serve immediately.
