7 ozs pineapple flesh
½ lemon
4 ozs tender kale leaves
1 Cress
¼ oz ginger (1 piece)
11 ozs Coconut water

Preparation steps

1.

Cut pineapple into pieces. Squeeze half of the lemon.

2.

Clean, wash and chop the kale. Cut cress from the bed, set aside some for garnish. Peel the ginger and cut into small pieces.

3.

Place pineapple, lemon juice, kale, cress and ginger in a stand blender. Add coconut water and 8-10 ounces of water and puree.

4.

Pour smoothie into glasses and serve with remaining cress.
