600 grams floury potatoes

60 grams butter

Preparation steps

1.

Cut the potatoes into quarters and cook for about 30 minutes in boiling salted water. Mash with a potato masher. Rinse, trim and cut the cabbage into strips. Blanch for about 10 minutes in salted water, remove with slotted spoon and drain. Rinse the scallions, trim, shake dry and cut into rings.

Melt half of the butter in a large saucepan, add the cabbage and scallions and sauté while stirring. Add the cabbage mixture with the mashed potatoes and butter with scallions. Mix. Add enough warm milk until the consistency is creamy. Season with salt, pepper and nutmeg and serve in bowls.
