Preparation steps

Preheat a convection oven to 130°C (approximately 265°F). Line two baking sheets with parchment paper.

Melt the butter in a pot. Mix all the remaining ingredients in a large bowl, then add the butter. Spread the mixture evenly on the baking sheets. Roast in the oven until golden brown, about 35 minutes. Mix several times during the cooking time. Remove from the oven, and let cool. Transfer to a large decorative jar. Serve the muesli with yogurt and berries, if you'd like.
