Preparation steps

1.

Rinse the plums and apple and wipe dry. Halve plums, remove the pits and cut into quarters. Halve the apple, core and cut into slices, then drizzle with lemon juice. Crumble the walnuts.

Mix the prepared ingredients with the oatmeal mix and pour into two bowls. Mix the ginger, apple syrup and buttermilk; pour over the fruit-oatmeal mixture and enjoy immediately.
