3.333 cups all-purpose flour
cup coursely ground Whole wheat flour
3 Tbsps olive oil
1 tsp salt
¼ oz easy bake Yeast
flour (for the working surface)
In addition
olive oil
pressed garlic cloves
chopped parsley

Preparation steps

Heat the oven to 240C (220C fan) 450F, gas 8.

Put the all purpose flour into a bowl. Reserve 1 tbsp of the whole wheat flour and mix the rest with 2 tbsp oil, the salt and the other flour.

Sprinkle the yeast over the flour. Add 300 ml / 10 fl oz / 1 1/4 cups lukewarm water and mix with the flour. Knead to a smooth dough using the dough hook of the food mixer, cover and put to rise in a warm place for about 45 minutes.

Knead thoroughly on a floured working surface, form into 2 balls and let rise for about 45 minutes. 5. Form the balls of dough into longish loaves, brush with the remaining oil and sprinkle with the reserved whole wheat flour.

Bake for 10 minutes, then turn the oven down to 200C (190C fan) 400F, gas 6 and cook for a further 15 – 20 minutes. Take out and let cool. To serve, cut into pieces, drizzle with garlic oil and sprinkle with chopped parsley.
