- 1 dried garlic clove
- 1 green Pepperoncini
- 1 yellow Pepperoncini
- 1 red Pepperoncini
- 2 chili peppers (or spicy baby peppers)
- 1 fresh garlic clove
- 2 tsps peppercorns
- 2 liters olive oil
- 1 Bottle (wide necked, about 1.25 l capacity)

Preparation steps
1.
Peel the garlic, and divide into individual cloves.

Rinse and halve the pepperoncinis and chilis. Remove the seeds and membranes. Slice the fresh head of garlic lengthwise into quarters. Divide everything evenly into 2 bottles. Pour in enough olive oil to come to the top of the jar. Seal tightly and set aside for at least 2 weeks. Pass through a fine strainer into a clean bottle, then store in a cool and dark place.
