Preparation steps

1.

Cover almonds with water and soak for about 8 hours.

2.

Put almonds with 34 ounces of hot water into a high-performance blender and chop until a whitish liquid is obtained.

3.

Line a sieve with the nut milk sachet, or a double thick cheesecloth, and pass the pureed almond liquid through it. Drain the almond paste well and squeeze out well.

4.

Pour almond milk into a sealable bottle and chill.
