30 ozs waxy potatoes
¼ oz cornstarch (1 TBSP.)
2 Tbsps olive oil
salt
1 bunch Fresh herbs (parsley, thyme)
1 oz Gouda

Preparation steps

1.

Peel the potatoes, wash and cut into sticks, wash in a bowl of cold water, drain and pat dry on kitchen paper.

Add cornstarch and mix well. Mix in oil and salt as well. Spread fries on a baking sheet covered with baking paper and bake in a preheated oven at 180 °C / 350 °F for 30 minutes, turning fries after 15 minutes.

In the meantime, grate cheese. Wash herbs, shake dry, chop and add to cheese. Salt fries and sprinkle with herb-cheese mix.
