Hearty Bean Stew
Peel and chop the onions. Heat the oil and saute the onions until translucent. Halve the peppers, remove the seeds, rinse and pat dry. Cut the peppers into small cubes. Add the beans, savory and diced peppers to the pan. Saute briefly. Slice the smoked sausage and add to the vegetables.
Pour in the broth and season with salt, pepper and paprika. Simmer over medium heat for 20-25 minutes.
Rinse the parsley, shake dry and pluck the leaves. Coarsely chop the leaves. Season the stew to taste and serve sprinkled with parsley.
