- 300 grams dried white Beans
- 1 onion
- 2 garlic cloves
- 1 Tbsp clarified butter
- 4 polish Boiled sausages
- 200 grams smoked Bacon
- 400 grams lumpy Tomatoes (canned)
- 800 milliliters Beef broth
- salt
- 1 tsp sweet ground paprika
- 1 tsp dried marjoram
- freshly ground peppers

Preparation steps

Soak the beans overnight.

Peel and finely dice the onion and garlic. Saute the onion and garlic in the clarified butter until translucent. Slice the sausage and cube the bacon. Fry the sausage and bacon briefly. Add the tomatoes and broth. Bring to a boil. Drain the beans and add to the pot. Simmer for about 1 hour, stirring occasionally. Add broth as necessary.
3.
Season with salt, paprika, marjoram and pepper and serve.
