2 ozs Cherry tomatoes
1 Tbsp honey
2 Tbsps lemon juice
2 Tbsps olive oil
salt
12 Wooden skewers

Preparation steps

1.

Soak skewers in water for about 30-minutes.

2.

Rinse turkey breast, pat dry and cut into cubes.

3.

Rinse tomatoes.

4.

Mix honey with lemon juice and oil and season with salt.

5.

Alternately thread turkey and tomatoes on skewers and cook on the preheated grill, turning occasionally and brushing with the marinade, 6-8 minutes. Serve hot.
