400 grams turkey breasts
2 Zucchini
16 Cherry tomatoes
1 garlic clove (chopped)
4 Tbsps olive oil
salt

2 tsps Curry powder

Preparation steps

1.

Cut turkey into 3 cm cubes (approximately 1-inch cubes).

2.

Rinse and halve zucchini lengthwise and cut into 1.5 cm thick (approximately 1/2-inch thick) slices.

3.

Thread turkey, zucchini and tomatoes alternately onto skewers.

4.

Mix garlic with oil and curry. Season with salt and pepper and brush onto the skewers. Cook skewers in a pan or on the grill. Cook on all sides, until the meat is golden-brown, about 5 minutes total.
