1 Tbsp liquid honey
1 Lime (juice)
2 Tbsps olive oil
Sea salt

Preparation steps

1.

Rinse the shrimp and pat dry. Peel the pineapple and remove the stem and core. Cut into pieces. Rinse the scallions and cut at a slight angle into about 3 cm (approximately 1 1/4 inch) pieces. Alternating ingredients, thread everything onto 8 wooden skewers.

Peel and press the garlic into a small bowl. Stir in the honey, the lime juice and the oil. Season with salt and red pepper flakes. Brush onto the skewers and grill for 6-8 minutes. Occasionally turn and brush with the marinade.

3.

Serve with tortilla chips as desired.
