4 Pork cutlets (2 cm thick)

Preparation steps

For the tomato sauce, peel the shallot and garlic, and chop finely. Heat 2 tablespoons olive oil in a pan and saute the shallot and garlic in it until translucent. Add the chopped tomatoes and cane sugar, season with salt and pepper, and simmer for about 15 minutes.

Brush the pork cutlets with remaining olive oil and season with salt and pepper. Fry the pork cutlets on the hot grill on each side for about 3-4 minutes.

Serve the grilled cutlets with tomato sauce. Serve as desired with vegetable salad, such as with endives, zucchini slices and mango slices.
