- 1 kilogram Chicken wing
- 2 garlic cloves
- 1 chili pepper
- 2 Tbsps Tomato paste
- 1 Tbsp honey
- 1 tsp (sharp) Mustard
- 1 Tbsp balsamic vinegar
- 2 Tbsps lemon juice
- 1 Tbsp (freshly chopped) Fresh herbs (thyme and rosemary)
- 4 Tbsps olive oil
- salt

Preparation steps
1.
Rinse chicken wings and pat dry. Peel and finely chop garlic cloves. Rinse, trim and chop the chile pepper and add to a bowl with the garlic.

Stir in the tomato paste, honey, mustard, vinegar, lemon juice, herbs and oil and season with salt. Place wings on preheated grill and brush with the spice mixture. Broil approximately 20 minutes, brushing occasionally with the spice mixture.
