150 grams Whipped cream
50 grams Crème fraiche

3 Tbsps mixed, chopped Fresh herbs
For the corn
1 can Corn
1 Tbsp butter
salt

For the chicken wings
16 Chicken wing

1 Tbsp ground paprika (sweet)
6 Tbsps vegetable oil
3 Tbsps Ketchup
soy sauce

Preparation steps

For the chicken wings: season chicken wings with salt, pepper and paprika. Heat some oil in a pan and brown chicken wings on all sides. Whisk ketchup with some soy sauce and coat wings with the mixture. Grill on a hot grill until golden brown.

For the dip: whisk sour cream with creme fraiche and season with salt and pepper. Add herbs and mix well.

For the corn: drain corn. Heat butter in a pan and saute corn briefly, season with salt and pepper. 

Serve chicken wings with the dip and corn.
