- 400 green Tagliatelle
- 2 cups large White bean (can)
- 2 Tbsps fresh mint (finely chopped)
- 1 Tbsp lemon juice
- 1 clove garlic cloves (finely chopped)
- 1 cup cherry Tomatoes (cut in half)
- 3 Tbsps olive oil
- salt
- freshly ground Black pepper
- For the garnish
- 1 Tbsp lemon zest
- mint
Preparation steps

Cook the tagliatelle in boiling, salted water according to the instructions on the packet until al dente. In the meantime, drain and rinse the beans. Heat the oil in a skillet und sauté the beans, mint, lemon juice, garlic and tomatoes for about 3 - 4 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Drain the pasta and mix with the beans. Season to taste with lemon zest, salt and pepper, garnish with mint leaves and serve.
