Preparation steps

1.

Trim the green beans and blanch in boiling salted water for 8-10 minutes. Drain and let cool. Rinse the tomatoes and cut into wedges. Pluck the lettuce leave, rinse well and spin dry. Rinse and trim the mushrooms and cut into slices.

Arrange the lettuce on 4 plates with the tomatoes, green beans and mushrooms. Mix 4-5 tablespoons olive oil and 3 tablespoons vinegar and season with salt and pepper. Drizzle each plate of salad with 1-2 tablespoons of dressing and serve immediately.
