- 100 grams thick cut Oats (Großblatt)
- 50 grams fine cut Oats (Kleinblatt)
- 50 grams Puffed millet
- 50 grams ground Hazelnuts
- 50 grams chopped Walnut
- 75 grams chopped almonds
- 75 grams Sesame seeds
- 75 grams candied orange (chopped)
- 75 grams raisins
- 1 sm bottle Orange extract
- salt
- 200 grams honey
- 65 milliliters water
- 65 milliliters sunflower oil
- vegetable oil (for the baking sheet)
- 2 Oranges (seedless, sliced)
- 50 grams Orange marmalade (for glazing)

Preparation steps

Mix together the oats, millet, ground hazelnuts, walnuts, almonds, sesame seeds, candied orange, raisins, orange flavoring and a pinch of salt.

In a saucepan, bring the honey, water and sunflower oil to a boil. Add the oat mixture and stir to combine.

Preheat the oven to 160°C (approximately 325°F). Grease a baking sheet. Pour the oat mixture onto the baking sheet and with a dampened rolling pin, roll the mixture out to a rectangle 1 cm (approximately 1/2-inch) thick.
Top with the orange slices and bake until set, 30-40 minutes. Then brush with orange marmalade, turn off the oven and let the pan dry in the turned off oven. Carefully cut with a sharp knife into rectangles, and cool on a wire rack.
