1 large yellow onion
1 Tbsp clarified butter
2 garlic cloves
1 sm jar peeled Tomatoes (400 grams)
700 milliliters fish stock
600 grams Cod
1 lemon (pressed)
salt

1 Tbsp ground paprika
4 Tbsps chopped parsley
100 grams Crème fraiche

Preparation steps

Peel, rinse and cut potatoes into 1.5 cm (approximately 1/2 inch) cubes. Peel the onion and chop. Place the butter in a large saucepan and sauté the onions until soft. Peel the garlic cloves, press into the onions and cook briefly. Add the diced potatoes and tomatoes. Pour in the fish stock. Cook for about 15 minutes over medium heat.

Rinse the fish fillets cold, pat dry with kitchen paper towel and cut into bite-size pieces. Drizzle with lemon juice and season with salt and pepper. Add the paprika, stir in the parsley and crème fraîche into the soup. Then add the fish pieces and let simmer covered for another 10 minutes on low heat. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
