- 1 ½ cups Gluten-free flour
- 1 tsp Baking powder
- ¼ tsp baking soda
- ½ tsp salt
- 0.333 cup granulated sugar
- 2 Tbsps unsalted butter (cold)
- 1 egg (gently beaten)
- ¼ cup plain Greek yogurt
- ¼ cup scalded milk
- powdered sugar (for sprinkling)
Preparation steps

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F/175 degrees C.

In a large bowl, mix together flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, and sugar. Cut in the cold butter until completely incorporated and the mixture feels like sand.

Pour in the egg, yogurt and milk and stir until combined. Do not over-mix.
4.
Pipe the batter into a doughnut pan and bake for 15 minutes, or until doughnuts are springy.
5.
Remove the doughnuts from the pan and dust with powdered sugar.
