- ½ cup honey
- 3 Tbsps balsamic vinegar
- 1 tsp pure vanilla extract
- ¼ cup water
- 6 ripe, firm Peaches (washed; quartered and pitted)
- 2 cups fresh Baby greens (rinsed and spun dry)
- ½ cup crumbled, reduced-fat Feta
- ¼ cup chopped Walnut

Preparation steps
1.
In a small bowl, whisk honey, vinegar, vanilla and water until well blended. Set aside.
2.
Prepare grill and preheat to medium-high heat.
3.
Brush fruit generously with approximately half of the glaze. Grill peaches turning occasionally until heated through, about 4 minutes each side.
4.
Arrange grilled peaches and greens on individual serving plates. Sprinkle with crumbled feta and walnuts. Drizzle with remaining honey glaze. Serve.
