2 Tbsps honey
2 Tbsps lemon juice

Preparation steps

1.

Rinse the peaches, cut in half, and remove the stones. Place cut side down on an oiled barbecue grill (using indirect heat), and cook for 10 minutes slowly until they have heated through.

Mix the liqueur with the honey and lemon juice until smooth.

3.

Arrange the peaches on plates and drizzle with the sauce. 

4.

Serve with vanilla ice cream, if you'd like.
