- 3 Tbsps balsamic vinegar
- 1 tsp pure vanilla extract
- ¼ cup water
- 6 ripe but firm Peaches (washed; halved and pitted)
- Honeycomb to garnish (optional)
- 1 bunch salad (to garnish)

Preparation steps
1.
In a small bowl, whisk honey, vinegar, vanilla and water until well blended. Set aside.
2.
Prepare grill. Preheat to medium-high heat.
3.
Brush fruit generously with approximately half of the glaze. Grill peaches turning occasionally until heated through, about 4 minutes each side.
4.
Arrange 2 grilled peach halves on each plate. Drizzle with remaining honey glaze. Garnish with honey comb (optional) and greens. Serve.
