- 1 Mango
- lemons (juice)
- 1 Tbsp grapeseed oil
- 1 Tbsp Arugula
- Tabasco sauce
- salt
- Black pepper
Preparation steps

In a blender, puree the mango and ginger until a pulp. Add the lemon juice and oil, mix well.

Chop the arugula leaves and mix in. Season to taste with Tabasco, salt and black pepper. Serve.
