1 Tbsp soy sauce
1 pinch Turmeric
100 milliliters olive oil

Preparation steps

1.

Peel the garlic cloves and the ginger and cut both into fine slices.

2.

Cook about half the garlic in the butter until light brown, sprinkle with soy sauce, dust with turmeric and let stand briefly, then remove from heat and let cool.

Stir in the remaining garlic, ginger and oil, season with salt. Serve at room temperature as a dip.
