Preparation steps

1.

Peel the papaya, remove the seeds, and dice small. Halve the dragonfruit, remove the fruit with a knife, and dice into small pieces. Peel and slice the banana. Place all the fruit in a bowl and mix with the lemon juice. Season to taste with the honey. Gently mix and and transfer back into the hollowed dragonfruit halves. Serve immediately.
