Preparation steps

1.

Cut papayas lengthwise, remove seeds and scrape out pulp, leaving a small edge. Cut papaya pulp into pieces. Peel and slice kiwis. Remove husks from cape gooseberries and mix with papaya and kiwis.

2.

Mix honey and passion fruit juice, season with a pinch of salt and nutmeg and toss with fruit mixture. Serve fruit mixture in papaya halves.
