- 150 grams mixed Lettuce (such as radicchio, Batavia, arugula)
- 2 Avocados
- 1 Papaya
- 1 Celery
- 1 shallot
- 1 tsp spicy Mustard
- 1 Tbsp honey
- 2 Tbsps White vinegar
- 2 Tbsps lemon juice
- 4 Tbsps Walnut oil
- salt
- freshly ground peppers

Preparation steps

Rinse and trim the lettuce. Tear into bite-sized pieces if necessary. Peel the avocado and papaya. Remove the seeds, and thinly slice. Rinse, trim, and thinly slice the celery. Peel and finely chop the shallots. Mix the shallots with the mustard, honey, vinegar, lemon juice, and oil. Season to taste with salt and pepper.

Place all the salad ingredients on plates or a platter, drizzle with the dressing, and serve.
