Tropical Fruit Salad with Dragonfruit and Lychee
Cut the dragonfruit in half, and scoop out using a melon baller.
Peel the avocado, halve, remove the seed, and cut into wedges.
Peel and remove the lychees from their seeds.
Wash and slice the star fruit.
Peel the kiwis and cut into slices.
Rinse the pear, halve, remove the seeds, and cut into wedges.
Mix the brown sugar with the lime juiceand add to the fruit. Let marinate for 15 minutes, before serving.
