- 4 ripe, medium Pear
- 2 Tbsps lemon juice
- 4 Tbsps chopped Walnut
- 5 Tbsps Cranberry
- 2 Tbsps honey
- 2 tsps brown sugar
- 2 tsps grated Orange zest
- 1 tsp ground cinnamon
- ⅔ cup Apple juice

Preparation steps
1.
Heat the oven to 200°C (180° fan) 400°F gas 6.

Halve and core the pears, scooping out the hollows. Brush the insides of the pears with some of the lemon juice. Place in a baking dish, peel side down
3.
Mix together the walnuts, cranberries, honey, brown sugar, orange zest, cinnamon and remaining lemon juice.
4.
Spoon into the pears. Pour the apple juice over and around the pears. Bake for 30-40 minutes, until the pears are tender, basting several times with the juices during cooking.
