- 3 Mangoes (cubed)
- 1 Lime
- Orange juice (from 1 orange)
- ½ cup unsweetened Almond milk (chilled)
- 4 Tbsps clear honey

Preparation steps
1.
Put the mango into a plastic container and freeze for 6 hours.

Using a swivel potato peeler, remove the rind from the lime. Cut into thin strips and reserve.
3.
Squeeze the juice from the lime. Put the lime juice, frozen mango, orange juice, almond milk and honey into a food processor. Blend until smooth. Put into a plastic container and freeze for about 1 hour.
4.
Remove the sorbet from the freezer and break up with a fork. Spoon into serving dishes. Serve garnished with the lemon rind.
