1 large Mango (skinned and stoned and flesh diced)
1.333 cups Passion fruit juice

Preparation steps

1.
Cut the passion fruits in half and scoop the seeds and juice into a small bowl.
2.
Put the mango into a blender and process until smooth. Add the passion fruit juice and blend again for a few seconds.
3.
Put a teaspoonful of the passion fruit mix into the bottom of each lolly mould. Add a tablespoon of the mango mix to each one and freeze until solid.
4.
Pour the remaining mango mix into the lolly moulds and freeze again until solid.
