- 1 small Frisée
- 1 big, yellow Bell pepper
- 1 bunch Radish
- 200 grams Cherry tomatoes
- 1 tart Apple
- 1 Tbsp lemon juice
- 120 grams Cheese (such as gouda)
- 50 grams Corn (canned)
- 80 milliliters Apple juice
- 2 Tbsps Vinegar
- 1 Tbsp Corn oil
- salt
- freshly ground peppers
- 2 Tbsps chopped parsley

Preparation steps

Rinse lettuce, divide into leaves, tear apart and spin dry. Rinse bell pepper, trim, cut in half, remove seeds and ribs and cut into small cubes. Rinse radishes, trim and slice. Rinse tomatoes and cut in half. Rinse apples, cut into quarters, remove seeds, chop finely and sprinkle with lemon juice.

Cut cheese into small cubes, mix cheese in a bowl with corn. Add remaining prepared ingredients and mix. Mix apple juice in a bowl with vinegar and oil and season with salt and pepper. Drizzle apple juice mixture over salad, mix and serve sprinkled with parsley.
