Preparation steps

1.

Trim the frisée, rinse and spin dry. Rinse the apple and pepper. Cut the apple into thin slices. Cut the pepper into strips. Squeeze the juice from the lemon.

For the vinaigrette: Whisk together the oil, lemon juice and sugar and season with salt and pepper. For the salad: Toss the frisée, apple slices and pepper strips in a serving bowl with the vinaigrette. Garnish with parsley to serve.
