Preparation steps

Separate the leaves of the frisée. Rinse and dry the leaves, then tear into bite-sized pieces. Halve the peppers and remove the seeds and membrane. Rinse the pepper halves, and then julienne. Rinse and trm the scallions, then thinly slice. Rinse, trim, and finely dice the zucchini. Rinse and halve the cherry tomatoes.

Mix the oil with the vinegar, and season with salt and pepper. Rinse and dry the parlsey, then finely chop and stir into the vinaigrette. Cut the brie into 1 cm (approximately 1/2 inch) cubes. Mix all of the salad ingredients, thoroughly combine, and arrange on plates. Drizzle with the vinaigrette.
