Fried Green Tomatoes
Rinse the tomatoes, free from the stem, and slice into finger-thick slices. Dredge the tomatoes with flour. Whisk the eggs with 1 tablespoons of Heinz ketchup on a plate. Blend the breadcrumbs with the cornmeal and sugar on another plate.
Season the tomato slices with salt and pepper to taste. Coat each tomato slice with egg, followed by breadcrumbs. Melt the butter in a skillet over medium heat. Add the tomatoes and sear on both sides until golden brown. Allow to drain on a paper towel. Serve with Heinz Hot Ketchup.
