2 Tbsps olive oil
2 garlic cloves

Preparation steps

Preheat the oven to 180°C (approximately 350°F).

Rinse the tomatoes, remove the stems and cut in half. Place side by side with the cut side up in and oiled baking pan. Peel the garlic and cut into slices. Spread on the tomato. Season with salt and pepper and sprinkle with the thyme. Drizzle with the remaining oil and bake for about 40 minutes until light golden brown.
